Terms of use for applicants

The following terms of use apply to the use of the service:

§1 Responsibility

(1) The applicant is responsible for the legality of the applicant data. In particular, the provider is not obliged to check the applicant data for possible legal violations.

(2) The applicant expressly assures that there are no third party rights - in particular copyrights or related property rights - to the content in the application and that the content sent does not contain any content that violates applicable law.

§2 Exemption from third party claims

The applicant will release the provider from all claims by third parties that are asserted against the provider due to the legal inadmissibility of the content of an application.

§3 Removal of the application data

The provider is entitled to delete the applicant data at any time and without giving reasons.

§4 Applicable Law

All disputes arising from the legal relationship between the parties are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

§5 Place of jurisdiction

The courts at the provider's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with the provider's services and / or these terms of use, if the applicant does not have a permanent place of residence in Germany or the applicant has relocated his/her place of residence abroad after these terms of use take effect or if the applicant's place of residence is not known at the time the action is brought.

§6 Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms of use be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to a circumstance occurring later, the effectiveness of the rest of the agreement remains unaffected.
